Boyd Rejects Trabzonspor !

Let's see ... stay with the team you love and have scored a ton of goals for, and perhaps play in the Champions League, or go to the other end of Europe into a foreign culture. Or, you go to Germany where you're just as far from the UCL as you'd be in Turkey.

Easy choice from my perspective.

If you played for Rangers and was a Rangers fan, would you want to leave? If Boyd really wanted to leave he would be gone, simple as. But he must play for the shirt and not the money, and thats something I want kept at our Club, players who play for the jersey.

2:31 in this video is not something you do unless you play for the shirt..

The ony way people could not understand that is if they have never played sports before. Sometimes you play for a team you love. This is the case here. Lay off him. Think about what it would mean to one of us to play for Rangers.

ARSENAL are preparing a shock £1.5Million bid for Rangers hitman Kris Boyd.

Arsène Wenger was keen to land Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh before the transfer deadline but the French-born Moroccan ace is set for talks with London rivals West Ham.

The move represents a large gamble for the French manager who has already lost stars Kolo Touré and Emmanuel Adebayor to high spending City but Wenger, who has since received an apology from the Premier League referees chief Keith Hackett after being sent to the stands in the closing minutes of Arsenal's 2-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester United at the weekend, believes last season's SPL top goal scorer is capable of competing in the English Premier league.

Jack Wilshere, who scored 2 goals in the Emirates Cup against Rangers, had earlier been linked with a move to Ibrox and it is thought that Arsenal are willing to let the English youngster make the trip north of the border to sign for the Scottish Champions on a season long loan as part of the deal.

No way that will happen!

Think that tops it for this summer....

If any English side comes close to matching the wages that Boyd was rumoured to have been offered by Hertha & Trabzonspor then he won't be a Rangers player in 48 hours.

I can't be bothered reading the next 6 pages of this thread, the above reply is spot on.

That would be the most suprising and funniest transfers to ever happen! £1.5m for Boyd, I would really want more for that, but, Jack Wilshere at Rangers .

EDIT: What's the source?

Just on SSN that Boyd rejected a loan deal to Trabzonspor.

One thing that worries me about this is... No new contract is getting offered and with Boyd in a way being "selfish" to help us out he's going to leave for nothing next season. So much for loving the club....

I wondered how long it would take to for someone to come out with that...

Maybe he wants to stay and fire us the goals to the league so we can get more money and he can well and truely have earned his contract?

no chance of arsenal, to play for that club you have to be fast, agile, athletic, have significant movement and a high work rate and press the ball high up the pitch.....all aspects Kris Boyd simply does not have, lol.

if he's offered £50,000 a week he's a complete fool if he doesnt take it, because he's no where near that level. And we'll see how much of a Gers man he is if he decides to let his contract run out so he can command a greater transfer fee to make more money for him and his agent. We'll see how all his many fans react to that.

Contrast the year Ferguson signed a 5 year contract instead of leaving for nowt, at least we got a high transfer fee from Blackburn, Ferguson safe guarded us with money.

We'll see if Boyd has the same loyalty.

Rangers arent offering him a contract to combat this problem you seem to have conjured up that he is waiting for time to run out doh
