If we all listen closely there'll be a collective 'gulp' over at the Rangers Training Centre when they watch this. 

Precise target practice and perfecting of technique in actually shooting at goal.    'What is this?', they players will be saying 'is this some new fangled thing we should be doing in football games, aiming precise and hard to beat shots at goal?'...……..as they hunt for a place to hide or for the exit doors before Gerrard arrives.

The shooting technique was just the obvious bit.   Did you notice the glint of steel in his eyes?  Even in practice it has to be right.   Over at the Rangers Training Centre I suspect they are in for a big dose of 'rouse 'em out of their football slumber, sirens blaring' from Mr Gerrard when he arrives.

The incredible thing is, he could walk into the first team and fucking nail it. His own name could be the first on the team sheet every week.

No serious comparison is there.    I think Mr Gerrard will be looking for something close to perfection in these types of training sessions, and not something closer to 'laugh a lot' training.     I think Mr Gerrard is seriously serious about his football and about winning.   I reckon there will be a vast difference in when he arrives.

There is a player in Josh Windass, he needs it brought out though. He is a confidence player.

Ability as always been there and I’ve backed him more than most, have to question his desire though. Can Gerrard bring out the best in him? I’m not sure.

If £3m-£4m was offered I’d take it and spend elsewhere.

There is, but he must surely be at his last chance now. His mentality is really poor. Good thing is, he has one of the best midfielders of a generation now to train him.

Yes, but just look at who the managers were. Who preferred suck ups and fucking net ball players. Our lot would do well at playing pin the donkey!  Morelos would win it every time and Windass a close second.

As a first principle, Stevie G does spine and talent. We do pitch geography, suck ups and donkeys. Just as well there is no x-ray security at Ibrox or we'd be fucking left wondering how players could be standing upright.

It’s funny to watch that actually. 

If you pay attention to SG, it’s as if his whole mentality/demeanour changes once it’s time to start the drill. Like, he’s having a laugh one minute and then there’s nothing, it’s buisness/serious until he’s taken his shots.

There’s another video of him with those lads doing normal shots back when he was still playing, good watch too.
