Yes you can't see conclusively through a ruck of players bodies and limbs that there is a hand on a grounded ball but..... common sense says that it is 90% probable to be a legit try. Absurd situation where everyone - officials, players, pundits and fans - think that it's most likely a try but they can't give it. It's probably the right decision by the rules (the rules the problem) but Scotland have every right to feel aggrieved about that one.
