Something else I've noticed about him is, he does what these players from other teams do: Get in the refs face when one of our players have been fouled and demand a card. If the ref doesn't book the player in the first instance he'll have it in his head it's being noticed. 
Not enough of our players do it. That wee cunt Mcgregor constantly does it for the scum, and it works.

He was exceptionally brave with his tactics. To match up with a team as good as red bull are was brave. 
Using his right and left centre backs to be the aggressors was particularly impressive. That alone really helped the team press. It allowed Kamara to press very high up the pitch, leaving only Jack in the CDM role. And for that he deserves all the credit going.
It all seems to be evolving quite nicely after losing Gerrard. We have moved from a manager who was more of an inspirational leader type of manager (which was needed at the time) who relied more on his coaching staff for tactics. To a manager who really seems to know what he’s doing and a real tactical manager. He also has a wonderful calmness about him. Never seems too up nor too down no matter the situation. 
 
i think If he gets the opportunity to get the players he wants and needs then these exciting times could well continue . 
 
 

They've got rid of Barcelona and West Ham, they deserve as much praise for being in the final as we do.

Everyone is spot on about the Borna interview. Sheer class and quite emotional. Thought Balouguns was equally as good. He really seems to be at the height of his career in terms of finding a home.
Most of these players were nomads. Players who have come from Backwaters of Europe. Borna from Osijek, Balougun from  Wigan, Tav from Wigan/Bristol city etc. These guys haven't come from Man u, Madrid etc. At the stage of their careers they joined us, playing in a European final would never have been a possibility for them. Now they are here.

Only one thread to be in today, and it’s this one on RM for Jimmy Bell. The love and respect and the memories that are being brought out are incredible from players and fans and friends alike. 
If we could only have lived a dream like him we would’ve been so fulfilled. A giant of a man who knew what it meant to be a part of our great club.

Just feel really deflated today with the news. 
Think we are all feeling it harder than usual because he was such a fixture at the club, and I think we all realise that there isn't really anyone left now to extol those standards and traditions that he obviously did so well. 
And clearly an incredible human being who kept the players feet firmly on the ground. A rare skill.

Absolutely gutted about this. He epitomized for me what the club meant as much as any manager or player could. 
I hope it offers some consolation to his family that he meant so much to so many fans.
