Real leaders have the ability to motivate others when things are going bad.

Our main problem is that our first instinct is the aimless long punt, it isn't to look for a smart pass.

As I can see so far, Ally's not capable of coaching that out of the lads.

It was just so frustrating! We started well but faded so badly! My concern with ally from the start has been what seems to be an inability to affect change in games when things aren't going to plan....even if little took that chance it really would have just papered over another really poor performance!
