They are really pursuing the old holding company for an admin error if it even gets that far. Even guys like McNamara have said.that it was 11 vs 11 and we won them fair on the pitch. RabWylie 3 Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Much like the tax case i'm sure everyone will know the result by now and if it was bad for us it would have leaked by bloggers imho.A lawyer would drive a bus through any title stripping verdict as they've already let timmy away with non-declaration of payments to the SPL/SFA how can they strip Rangers of titles for the same thing?Besides the point we did declare all EBT payments to the spl/sfa anyway so we've broken no rules, might be some mistakes in some players contracts and a small fine but that's it.Surely if anyone is guilty of admin errors its the SPL for not checking them at the time? LNS has made his decision and the SPL know it as i read it. Its the SPL making the announcement tomorrow.
