Now IMO there's not much difference between them on the ground, but in the air for me it's a different story, at the start of the season when we had to defend corners or free kicks I was reasonably confident that we could defend against them, but recently the fear of the past seasons is returning to me, and not just against good teams but even St Mirren/Hamilton etc although not hurting us in the end have been having success with high balls into our box, decent teams will have more success ala the sheep last Sunday, IMO Katic is better in the air than Worrall, add to that he also gives us an attacking threat at set pieces, something I haven't witnessed from Worrall, so just taking these points into consideration alone I would much prefer Katic gets the nod over Worrall, let alone the fact as others have pointed out Katic is our player and why are we not developing one of our own over a mercenary. plumbGER, dougie76, Irn Blu and 2 others 5 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Katic should be starting no doubt and I still don't understand why we signed Worrall on loan when we had Goldson, Katic and McAuley there and he would never sign here permanently. I just think Katic was dropped as he'd played a decent number of games and looked tired just before the Villareal game. Worrall did ok and has been in command of the jersey since. I see it as the opposite from that. The Forest fans rate him highly, and he was getting a game with the previous management. I think that should make him want to be a stand out in this league, and try to impress in Europe. Saying that, I'd still rather Katic because I think he was a better pairing with Goldson, and just an all round better player. Worrall doesn't look comfortable when he's got the ball. If it walks like a duck ? It seems that we have given them what they wanted as far as playing, which from Forest's point of view is fine. I like Katic better and he is our player so it is a bit of a problem for Stevie, but probably one he created along with Allen. Bears r us 30,798 Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 I notice a lot of talk about Katic playing bad in his return after injury against Hamilton and I agree we was not great, but I also had a feeling they scored soon after Worrall can on and had a wee look and right enough here it is: Katic off - Worrall on 79′ (0 -1) Boyd 80′ scores for Hamilton (1 - 1) Now I know we went on to win with two penalties but it was Worrall who was on when we lost the lead.
