I think the allocation they get is more than enough it's the same amount other away teams get and Rangers should always make sure that our support is catered for first.

Exactly mate, why would them having the same number of tickets as the other visiting teams be wrong. Always offended no matter the circumstances.

It’s a win win for Rangers. They boycott with notice we sell the tickets and have a full house.

They boycott with no notice they will still need to pay the tickets so we aren’t out of pocket and they look stupid.

Its an unthinkable nightmare if celtic beat us at ibrox infront of Fifty thousand bears, which is what Lawwell is trying to engineer. Weve backed ourselves into a corner with this ticket quarrel.

Do you by any chance usually go to the away games and are miffed  that you didn't get a ticket?

Regardless, they don't deserve special treatment after putting the boot in when we were down, trying to strip us of titles, hanging effigies of Rangers supporters and countless other underhand tactics.

Whatever I can get, and yes.

And if I remember correctly they said it was good because they had sooooo many season tickets sold that more of them could get to their homes games against us. A bunch of :wanker:

Aye they ran eith that then changed their mind saying it was outwith their control.

Don’t see 2 or 3 thousand being that much a benefit in all honesty

Getting your season ticket uptake as close as possible to the ground capacity is a huge benefit.  All money upfront, don’t have to worry about results or weather reducing attendance.  Providing you don’t have a disastrous season, it also makes it more likely that the same season tickets will be bought next season because with limited non-season ticket capacity,  it is more difficult to get tickets on a match to match basis.

In that case why did the beggars cut ours?

A knee-jerk reaction to our decision that, due to the limitations of their ground, endangered the safety of their own fans.  Pity Liewell didn’t pay as much attention to the safety of their fans before that game.

However, nobody in the MSM is going to admit that.

After all we have suffered over the last six years, don’t think getting beat by them in December is going to be an ‘unthinkable’ nightmare’.

If they don’t accept tickets due to some illusionary safety concern, they have backed themselves into a corner as it will be difficult to change that stance in the future.  Of course, they will try to manipulate things through their friends in the SPFL which is all the more reason we need to stand firm on our decision.

So, if we have a decrease due to being shit in the next few seasons, it would be the full stand again?

When celtic were given 8k tickets they bought them all up.  Imagine how hard it’ll be to get one now there’s only 800 available to them.  All the celtic fans claiming they are going to boycott would be watching it on the TV no matter what - We haven’t given them enough tickets 😂

This should not be about them TMB . It's about having our fans who pays for their seats at the beginning of season . In those seats for the whole season

And we won't even talk about how disgraceful bears are treated at bheastville

See the mealy mouthed appeasing bears are already buying all the beggar infested media hype .

I’m all for the reduced allocation and hope it stays reduced permanently.  It was celtic who slashed the allocation of our fans in a ‘tit for tat’ exercise.  If they want 8k Rangers fans at Parkhead there’s nothing stopping them.  We clearly don’t want them at our ground and after the way their players and fans have behaved at Old Firm games in recent years I don’t understand why anyone would want them in.

Well, if we can’t sell it out, it would be pretty stupid not to make them pay through the nose for tickets.  However, my point is that, providing we are still offering a challenge, it is more likely we will retain the same level of season ticket holders.

Indeed, if you invite someone to stay the night in your house and they piss the bed, puke on your carpet then do a lap of honour you don't invite them back. They have no respect. Classless clowns.

Very well put mate.
