So the ahem "political wing" of the club gets all tough when they are at home and make a stand against fascism. Fairly obvious most of them won't travel. They have form for being shitebags.

But now the club want to be protected and demand meetings with Uefa and Lazio. If the club had demanded that the banner wasn't unveiled then I'm sure they wouldn't have an issue.

Fucking retarded precious agitators.

Maybe if the bastards at UEFA realised that bad words aint as bad as they made out,by closing a section of Ibrox.
And just maybe,if they had been more sincere with the 18 fines in 12 fuckin years, this shite would be stopped.
Me personally hope every rag tag cunt in Italy turns up for the bloodbath.

celtic and Lazio have both been charged by Uefa after supporters sang "illicit chants" in the Europa League meeting of the sides last week.

The chants were not racist, but related to the use of obscene language.

The Scottish Premiership club have also been sanctioned after fans displayed "illicit banners" during the 2-1 win.

One depicted former Italian leader Benito Mussolini hanging upside down and another displayed swearing in Italian.

The cases will be adjudicated upon by Uefa's control, ethics and disciplinary body on 21 November.

It is the 19th time celtic have been punished since 2007 and their third charge this season.

Last month, celtic were fined £10,400 by Uefa for fans setting off flares in the Europa League win over Cluj.

celtic paid an £11,000 fine for their fans using flares and throwing objects in the play-off second-leg win over AIK in Stockholm in August.

Neil Lennon's side travel to Rome next week to face Lazio in their fourth group game, with an estimated 8,000 travelling fans subject to a strict alcohol curfew.

Before the meeting in Glasgow last week, Lazio fans were seen giving fascist salutes and celtic supporters responded by displaying a banner depicting former Italian leader Benito Mussolini.

Both clubs are fearful of the bad blood continuing in Rome and fear violence.

The city's main tourist attractions will be heavily policed, an alcohol curfew will be in place from 18:00 on Wednesday until 07:00 on Thursday, and fans will be told to be wary of wearing club colours.

The Lazio Ultras have a reputation for being one of the largest, and most violent, fans groups in European football.

A banner with the scenes of the bastards being knocked about during the trip to Rome, should be made for the match at the paedo dome in December.

Beggars belief that's the 19th charge since 2007 and no part closure of the tattiedome yet look at the shite uefa has hit us with this season. A few apparently offensive words and part of the broomloan closed! It's hard to not feel a wee bit paranoid at times isnt it?

Very true.

It also shows that UEFA’s categorisation of offences is laughable when comparing recent punishments issued out to us, compared to continuous paltry fines to them that clearly have no effect.

UEFA need to change their own rules.

Ridiculous that the charges faced by us were categorised as racist

These days Fenian is far more suited to a political catagory. Much the same as the anti fascism banners.

Totally agree.  As far as I’m aware this is not a race, so can’t be deemed racist- unless you are UEFA I suppose.

Uefa don’t give a fuck about illicit chanting or banners with naughty words they only care about money and the fines system is a gold mine for the corrupt cunts hitting teams all across Europe with fines every round of every tournament. They’ll be delighted with the rules as they stand

Fuck uefa and fuck celtic

Absolutely correct.

Go and look on their website and see the list of fines with clubs being serial offenders.

Corrupt Uefa funding exercise.

See the people who say it’s not fair and that the ordinary fan will take the brunt of it because of the green primark brigade,  I say fuck them all as I don’t see the ordinary fan protest against them at their AGMs or the stadium so they are all tarred with the same scummy brush and hopefully Lazio boot them all over the place
