Far from being back to his best but also far from the front as far as who deserves (another) thread on his own based on last night's performances. He was poor, as I said. But what was our game plan? What areas were we looking to exploit? There's nothing deliberate about our attacking play, it's just a case of hoping a player does something when they get the ball.

Kent will get slaughtered for his performance, don't worry about that.

If doing two step overs then rifling it way over the bar is considered a chance, then wire in.

Stats are the most deceiving thing ever, but they have become very trendy.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Kent did really well to keep the ball in play last week and lay it back to Borna who crossed for Tav to score, but you won't see Kent anywhere on the stat sheet.

Some folk exaggerate what they see though, for example against the sheep he was ripping their right back a new arse but folk were commenting on the match thread shite like, "Kent is fuckin brutal" and one wrote "all he does is run into players" which was absolute shite, he was one of our better players that day but as he has been off form this season these statements keep getting repeated whether he deserved them or otherwise,  it's like some folk hope he's pish because it suits their narrative.
