The weird thing is, these sets of Accounts make up the RIFC plc Accounts, which have been filed. The subsidiary accounts are generally always filed at the same time or shortly after group accounts. Happens all the time. Possible, but I’m not convinced in this case. Reason being assuming they would have to be signed off at same time as group accounts, before group accounts be published, end of December until 31 March is plenty time for CH to process.
