Absolutely miles off it fitness-wise, and a real concern against PSV's team who have pacey players in all areas of the park

Should we go 3 at the back v PSV next week to give him a bit of protection? He's going to start, irrespective of fitness.

More protection and gives us more width in attack with Borna and Tav being able to get forward a bit more and closer to providing for the strikers.

100%, gave away goal, has been good tbf, didn’t have issues with Goldson tonight.

That said 3AB isn’t a bad shout.

I'm definitely in favour of 3 at the back v PSV. 

Their wingers are lightning quick.

Jack to sit deep in front of back 3 and cover for our full backs on forward runs. 

It might look negative to many but we must get the tactics correct to face a team with real pace.

A bit of a throw back to the late Sir Walter's days  but it did work for him on many occasions. 

Our fans must show patience in these ties.

Goldson as sweeper counters that hopefully, 

The organising goldson does would make him ideal sweeper, plus the further away from the backline tav is the better, 

We play 4 at the back next week they'll target him abd borna and destroy our backline

I know that's tongue in cheek but Lundstram would be a massive upgrade on Jack the way he played tonight.

You'd normally say 3 at the back is weakness when the opposing side has good wingers, but in this instance I think it's a must. I'd rather have Souttar or Balogun standing them up, than Tav or Borna.

I'd like to see Cifu, Raskin and Dowell in the midfield.  They can all defend / track back, push forward and have a bit of grit in them, plus not shy in shooting.  Jack is too slow.
