He definitely has it in his locker to step in and do a job in there, a good job at that, but doesn't seem to have those number 9 killer instincts. Very good, clever footballer though. We can survive with Lawrence and Cantwell as a 10 or even playing without a 10. We won't win the league if Dessers is our only number 9. Dessers has 18 goals and assists already this season.. and you have him as not good enough but Silvas 22 over a full season means he’s our answer at 9?! 🥴 If we win the league this year I think Silva will have a big part to play.. it won’t be as a 9 though.
