We need to stop this whole 'he can't be judged until he gets his own players' stuff. 

Every manager can't just sign 15 new players. His job is to improve the squad, implement a style of play and coach the players he has. 

If Tav isn't good enough then play someone else. Sterling and Fraser are both right backs and he's never tried them their once.
