  1. Scottish footballs biggest issue is the clowns that run it and the substandard TV and commercial/sponsorship deals they have seen over the years

we are never going to compete financially with our neighbours but we could generate more if we weren’t run by the equivalent of the local bowling club

Edit : most bowling clubs are probably infact better run and more competent

They're absolutely mental. It's like a celtic version of the Alex Jones show.

So if they got 10 their season ticket sales would have dropped ? That is fucking mental thinking  completely confirms the fact them aiming for ten was only ever seen as a way to get one over on us , that’s it . Never mind it being a massive part of their history , all about getting it up Rangers

then “the whole things are really strange” because their team is going through a dip in form . Nothing to do with the highs and lows of football , the reasonable explanation is Clearly shadowy figures in trench coats making deals and arrangements in Misty dark alleyways . Fucking lunatics

Performance enhancing columbian coffee is not far from making an appearance again . Only explanation for Dessers upturn in form in my opinion …

GoRadio with Hartson and some other rabid sending the hoardes fizzing because of some Daily Record nonsense piece that headlines Clement saying he’s going to win the title when he’s said nothing of the sort

    How shameless are these cunts

Brendan Rodgers told the 12 guys and a dug that turned up for his unveiling back in the summer he would see them back on the Celtic Way in May

Kilmarnock and St Johnstone insist on having thousands of empty seats rather than letting our fans have more tickets.

St Johnstone give us two and a half stands to be fair . They have never cut our allocation.

Kilmarnock and St mirren have and to be fair it’s not going to change anytime soon. Their results have definitely improved against us and Celtic since the change has been in place

European allocation for me. More than doable my ST is right on the cut off line and in any Euro tie I’ve not seen an opposition fan until I was in the stadium so citing safety concerns for that is utter nonsense.

The actual game itself is completely dead. If the away team make a decent start it’s almost silence, and if they score you can hear a pin drop, it isn’t what the game has been built on.

The game last season . Tav scored that free kick right on half time . A rangers end of 2-3 thousand would have been bouncing all the way through half time and at the start of the second half after that strike and the players would have came back out to see it as the second half kicked off. Instead they just heard grunts and moans from they cunts

I go to watch Rangers not the opposition fans.

Honest question though , do you not think it would be beneficial for Rangers to have some sort of support down there on the 30th for what is shaping up to be a huge game ? What if come the game in the split there is only 2 or 3 points separating us and it’s a proper title decider?

Do you think the noise and sight from the away support gave the players a wee bit of a extra motivation, encouragement etc last week in Betis ?

We beat better teams on the run up to both finals, I’ve no doubt we’d have won 2008 if we had Cousin

Seville I’ll never get over though, that was our fucking time man. It was there for us and we blew it

Think in both finals we have ended up playing a team of similar standing if that makes sense although would say that Zenit side were probably a level above of us with some of the players they had in their starting 11 that night . Makes it a bit more nervy as it’s two teams of similar standard trying to figure each other out .

I think in both runs and particularly Seville we might have been more suited to play a big name in the final and just went for it and maintained that underdog punching above our weight attitude that got us there

Not really mate we have this month to see out then one league game start of January and then a 3 week break till we play Dumbarton away.

if this squad can’t take 12 points from the 4 games excluding the game against the fenians then we might as well chuck it.

st Johnstone and county at home, Motherwell away who are winless in 13 and then killie after the taigs. That should be a guaranteed 12 for a side who have aims to win a title

That’s it for me , no point getting worked up about the 30th until every other game is taken care of in between with a cup hopefully sitting in the trophy cabinet too

winning those other 4 league games means we are still well in contention going into the break regardless of how the 30th pans out

  9. Said it in the thread about the tramps in general sport

watched their game yesterday and this wasn’t the usual watching a team get a lucky break against Celtic and then nervously watching them cling on for dear life to hopefully hold out for a point or 3

Kilmarnock bullied , outplayed and controlled that Celtic team for the whole second half. We have our issues but that is a poor Celtic team and we have to have some belief they are there for the taking this season

Just watched the highlights there and the commentator just brushed it off as no chance.  He knew exactly what he was doing going down there.  Blue specs again.

During the actual game on Sky you wouldn’t have thought there was an actual penalty shout

they replayed it a few times and Sutton just kept laughing that the Celtic defender had fallen over and probably didn’t even mean to clear it  or known how he had done it

wasn’t till Boyd mentioned it at half time that you would have known from Sky coverage it was a genuine penalty shout

  11. Watched their game in the pub today as had a quiet sneaky feeling kilmarnock would at least give them a game at rugby park

Have tuned into Celtic games before when we are or have been involved in title races with them and occasionally joyfully watched them drop points at big moments but usually they find a way to win  , however genuinely can’t remember many times like today where Celtic were genuinely outplayed and outfought while doing so and even felt quit comfortable Kilmarnock had the game in control

usually it always ends up the opposition get a break and score and are sitting in and trying to survive a Celtic onslaught. Today Kilmarnock bullied Celtic and showed just how pish they are . We need to take advantage of that as they are there for the taking this season

We have to win on the 30th.

If we win that we're in the driving seat, if we lose it's a long way back.

Win every other game and it isn’t really a long way back even if the worst happens on the 30th . The 30th will take care of itself . Big priority first is winning every game until then

stay in touching distance and the run after the break to the split is in our favour with them losing a lot of key players for the Asia cup in jan /February
