We likely will, however games like Dundee United will pop up more often while we are poor like this,
After the high of the OF win an int break to regroup, we came out today and played just as bad as the rest of the games, only having 4 shots on target is crippling us, our attacking play is lacking in ideas which is baffling given the talent we have
Yeh, after they scored is was actually good to see some intensity return as the team went up a gear but very frustrating knowing this should be the standard from kick off. Tbf St Johnston we’re well drilled but it is concerning…

Everyone keeps saying "we'll get better, wait till we hit top gear" etc etc
But we're now 5 games into the season, and haven't got near playing well consistently,
Fair point JB but we’ve won four of them so credit for that, but like many on here I am confident that we will improve…

I feel very sorry for the rank and file cops who are doing their job, my fear is at the top people will have been picked for a reason.
You’d like to think that would be a ridiculous notion in this day and age however it’s became apparent that this is very much how the SNP and certain faith based groups roll in modern day Scotland…

It would be foolish to also think that through either ambition or allegiance there weren’t senior officers ACC rank or above who wouldn’t be sympathetic to their (SNP) way of thinking. A real raw deal for the many decent hard working good guys and girls having to front up the what seems like one sided distorted tack.
Astonishing to think that the whole cadre of SNP elected representatives fails to have one Rangers fan amongst it, that in itself should cause alarm bells to ring… -

It’s always there with them and what I’ve noticed in the workplace is that we will always work with them and others and encourage them to be good workers but the RCs just look after their own and will always try to push themselves into the good jobs
Yeh, don’t know how many times I’ve listened to whinging about being discriminated against because of their religion of being Irish. What happens as soon as they move in to positions of influence… yup they do the very thing that their in bred victimhood mentality allegedly stems from and discriminate against anyone outside their ‘circle of faith’. Irony doesn’t even begin to describe this…

Plod should be careful on what side they nail their allegiance to,as that lot will turn on you and call you every bigoted name under the sun,and basically treat you like shit.
You reap what you sow.
When the shit hits the fan you will find no cunt will sympathise with you.In the car this morning and Clyde 1 reporting another 2 Rangers fans arrested (8 in total) following last week. One week on and they still find the need to headline people arrested for singing a song. Agenda driven nonsense.
As for the police, I know a fair few who are a mixture of us and them, all decent people, the problem arises when they are directed from further up the tree to deal more fervently with what appears to be Rangers a problem is created. The police must be seen to be impartial, even the perception of taking a side is a slippery slope. The single unified force allows (imo) for political pressure to be exerted on them, unhealthy and very much divisive position to be in…- Bad Robot, dougie76, Bears r us and 8 others

On reflection I find it hard to comprehend the amount of obsessive vitriol and bigoted hate filled language from well educated so called professional people.
If anything this just highlights the unhealthy and very much alive undercurrent surging through their community as a whole. It’s ironic that them trying one sided oneupmanship in calling us bigots has just given us an inside view at the depth of sectarian hate filled poison they harbour. I really hope this comes as a wake up call to the level of ‘hatred’ we as a support, community and population are up against…

I have a vague recollection of it but I can't remember the quote. I often find myself wondering what he would be making of whatever is going on with Rangers and this is one of those times. He'd be unhappy with all this shit that's for sure.
I started subscribing to H&H last year for accurate club updates and honestly have always found them to be fair and subjective.
The support and stadium could sit in silence and there’d be something else they’d find offence at or complain about. This latest attack imo is a deflection tactic re the ongoing abuse cases plus being as an official media partner of the club another attempt to tarnish the club itself.
I’d love to see the club, an MSP, or anyone else with a platform put their head above the parapet and get on the front foot re the obviously one sided coordinated effort to cause reputational harm. Unfortunately I won’t hold my breath for this…- HG5, Straight-Edge-Loyal, plumbGER and 1 other

They cannot win here, they have to play smart, this is smart whether any of us believe it to be correct or not.
Totally agree, the club in wishing to maintain the moral high ground over this had basically no choice. This swift and decisive action (agreed with or otherwise) cuts their agenda driven narrative dead and ‘should’ also set a standard for any alleged sectarian of inappropriate actions of fans of other clubs in the country. Of course the mouthpieces will stay under their rocks when other fans step over the line but let’s see how this plays out…

They hang effigies from their stand and guess what the cops lose the evidence. They actively sing about the IRA (a proscribed terrorist organisation) to absolutely no censure.
Until they can accept that this has to be a two way street then Scotland is fucked.
Point being they will never accept this, they will tell everyone what offend them (basically everything), whilst telling everyone else what they should not be offended by (basically everything). This is not about offence, it’s about one up man-ship, causing division and political games…

In my experience most neutrals in Scotland think Rangers are the big bad bigoted club
Yes agreed, that narrative was cast and is constantly rolled out on every possible occasion. Every slur from denying money to the NHS to kicking over sandcastles has been aired whilst behaviour imo that is worse is swept over regarding other teams. Mainly celtic but can you imagine the headlines and outrage if Rangers fans took to the park as per the Aberdeen snd St Mirren fans at the start of the season. Bigotry, jealousy and agenda fuel this unhealthy atmosphere atm, but the club have conducted themselves above reproach in their responses, even if not all on here agree with them…

Wouldn’t quite agree with that. He’s been their biggest threat. Had a couple of shockers with missed pen and his sitter on Sunday, but I’m glad to see the back of him.
As I said he is talented, no question Graeme but apart from a few cameo’s of the player he’s hyped to be he’s been living on a media fuelled reputation for a couple of years. He was their top scorer last season granted but put a decent striker in front of the number of chances they create (even last season) and their numbers should be decent. Just my opinion…

It’s got to the urban myth stage about how good he is, when was the last time anyone actually saw him put in a 90 minute performance. Iv actually come round from thinking he was fair to the opinion of late that he’s definitely got leanings towards celtic, plus he’s getting quite full of himself when cutting off other presenters and talking over them.
Also surprised at the statement put out by Bernie Higgins at this stage of an apparent enquiry, however I do know him and he is very much a celtic fan with all the baggage that entails… -

I’ll be gutted if we show them any ounce of respect on Sunday. We’re the champions and unbeaten in 6 against them. We’ve absolutely done them all over the park in the majority of those games as well.
If we go at them right from the off like the 4-1 game it could be a similar outcome. If we sit off them, I don’t think the crowd will allow it. No chance should we be looking to contain their attack, they should be backed against a wall with our front 3
Agree, I think their playbook consists of going for it from the start which the calibre of team they have faced have been generally unable to deal with. I think it’s imperative that our tempo is high from second 1 and force them in to an uncomfortable defensive response thereafter. I’m actually pretty relaxed about tomorrow, think we’ll see them off…

Where have you pulled that one from? Not seeing where we have a case and 'desperately hoping we lose' are two massively different things.
Tbf mate I know you like playing devils advocate, which in a debating forum is healthy and what it’s all about. I actually enjoy reading some of your more controversial posts even when members find it very negative, but in this case ‘you’ not seeing where we have a case is neither here nor there as you (nor anyone else on this forum) have no intimate knowledge of any of the clubs sponsorship or partner contracts.
Given the fact the club stated that they went over and above what they were required (in the rule book) to do when informing the SPFL of this conflict of interest plus the fact that they have already taken legal proceedings for the arbitration process I (in my opinion) believe they will have a legal grounding to back this up. Of course we’ll find out in due course and I’m not above an apology if proved to be wrong👍- The Dude and the cry was no
