Simon Donnelly says we got lucky with the first goal because Roofe took a touch but it still ended up going to Arfield and he says the second goal was offside.

I'm pretty sure when Premier sports broke the play down frame by frame for the 2nd goal that they proved that Bassey was onside when the ball was initially played by Kent and while it was close when you break down plays kidding on you've got VAR you are literally clutching at straws.

    Donnelly can fuck right off.

Tiny bit embarrassing from him to admit on Sky Sports that the league is done, regardless of how emotional he may have felt. It's just a riddy when it's only 6 points and we've still to play them. They have tough fixtures too. We're right up against it but I thought that was just a bit pathetic.

1922 our 50th anniversary they won the League.

1972 our 100th Anniversary they won the League

    2022 our 150th anniversary they,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

We don't do 50 year anniversaries very well.

  3. Just coming onto this thread now mainly because I've been too pissed off to read forums on a day like this but imo I can't agree with binning a Manager who has been handed another Manager's players and asked to make them succeed the whole time trying to instill your way of playing and how you want them to play.

We've won one trophy in 4 years with this group of players , SG's group of players , and it's time to move on from most of them as it looks like most of them checked out before the season got serious thinking all they had to do was turn up and another Title was a given.

SG built , imo , a team for European Football thinking domestic success with the same group of players would follow and the European thing has , for the most part , been bang on but it just doesn't work that way for domestic Football. The mentality and approach to each game is totally different.

When GVB is Managing his squad of players I might agree but at this present time he needs time to build his squad.

The thing is will this current board give him the money he needs to do that????????????????

Big Eck is often overlooked in what he achieved with us. His time here was the beginning of the post Advocaat era with massively reduced budget. He made some cracking signings and some head scratchers but for the most part kept us at the top off Scottish football.

The Man has a trophy record that SG would've loved to have and that can never be taken away from him.

He's a gentleman and he deserves much credit and respect.

  5.  If ever we needed confirmation of just what the Board think of the Club's fan base then it's right there in black and white.

Look up the word clusterfuck in the dictionary and there will be picture of this current board right there.

I get they are responding to the other idiotic statement this 1872 shower , another statement that is nonsense , but the timing of both couldn't be more badly timed.

We're 150 years old and coming on the real business end of a season we should all be rightly celebrating. Instead what do we get? Two groups of grown men throwing toys out the pram in embarrassing temper tantrums that make the Club look like an utter shambles.

This game coming up against Paedo FC is of monumental importance and will require everyone pulling in the same direction to get the desired result.

Instead , what the fuck do we do? Lets release statements that will split everyone involved with the Club , players , management the lot.

Fuckin disgraceful and heads should roll for this big time if the Club end up winning absolutely nothing this season.

His best CB pairing is Balagun and Goldson

Starting defensively in midfield will produce nothing.

    playing Sakala is just wrong

Consistency is absolute key and rotation doesn’t work because our depth of squad is pish

I get why he play's Sakala as he's supposed to offer width but the next time he takes on a defender and beats him will be the first time.

  7. In this tweet is enough info for UEFA to ban these Clubs from European competition.

Instead we'll get the usual response of what happens outside the Football ground is a societal issue and nothing to do with us the whole time forgetting that away fans are only there to watch A GAME OF FOOTBALL IN YOUR TOURNAMENT.

Fuckin disgraceful that you can't go watch your team play without worrying about if you make it home in one piece.

    From FF.

    I’ll keep this short.
Spotlight have been working on a certain individual for a while now. I can’t go into too much detail so please can you understand this and refrain from asking any questions.
Spotlight have uncovered another paedophile celtic scout.
Yes that’s correct. We have another.

He's a fucking charlatan, should be chased out of Scottish football.

He's a useful idiot who's in Liewells back pocket and God knows who else's.

Yes he should be hunted and in time he will be but the Man who put him in the position he currently employs is a bigger charlatan imo and should be treated with equal contempt or even a great deal more.

Kris Boyd on VAR coming into Scottish football.

"Refs have always been under enormous pressure in Scotland and it doesn’t help when you have high-profile figures making their life even more difficult.

"celtic chairman Ian Bankier played to the crowd when lambasting officials at the recent AGM.

"Having been a big noise in the whisky industry I’m sure Bankier would have had ‘deep concerns’ if his firms were operating without the best of equipment.

"VAR should be a vital ingredient in Scottish football just like malted barley in a single malt.

"There’s also certain pundits who fail to call out blatant wrong decisions that benefit their team just to appease the masses watching on club television.

"Referees are viewed as an easy target and if we keep going at this rate they will be hounded out of the game.

"That should not be happening and it certainly doesn’t help when people in powerful positions encourage a pile on."

He's pointing out the corruptness in Bankiers words the whole time he's sticking up for referees.

Love the small c when talking about them by the way.

Hardly a stunning strike but I love these slo-mo videos. Kamara did really well there, and love to see Bassey falling to his knees in triumph. Plus it was a moment of massive relief.

Apart from anything else, worrying form and the way we won, the fact remains we won and it's three points. And it's a goal for the famous.

Anyone notice the sheep players , Bates in particular , going after the referee claiming for a foul in the build up to that goal?

No me neither,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,whining bastards whining about a perfectly good goal.
