They don't care what the SFA independent tribunal said, what Neil Doncaster said, nor UEFA who will agree with the SPFL's stance. Their position is, fuck law lords and the governing bodies of football we're Celtic and we say differently. What will putting in add in a paper even achieve? Nothing.
