Spfl knew it wasn’t going through due to voting intentions. They had a choice of 3.

Partick- Never going to be turned as it relegates them.

ICT- Staunch Hearts manager, CEO with some links to Rangers.

Dundee- Drysdale involved in some capacity to put pressure from within.

Pretty easy why they picked Dundee. They’re so corrupt and blatant they’ve absolutely fucked it a belter. The only way forward is to cleanse the whole place from boardroom to the refs. Rangers have to be pushing for that.

They have to be independent people though, which more than likely means people from outwith football and outwith Scotland

I was reminded today of one of their scummy moves thought I forgot all about.

In 2003 on the last day of the season celtic informed Kilmarnock that they’d be bring their own ballboys to operate at the game. Lowlife scummy cunts. Big Jefferies told them to do one! 👍🏻

I believe one or two celtic players even had a go at Gordon Marshall who was in goal for Killie that day. Rumour has it that it was presumed, as a former celtic player, he would give the paedos a couple of free goals to help them over the line.

I’ve said it again and again. Supporting celtic has nothing to do with sport.

So the SPFL put out the incomplete voting results  so as to let Dundee know they were now kingmakers and had a chance to change their vote?

Nobody lets out the vote count until they are all in.

Meantime, the Dundee vote somehow does not get received.

From Articles of Association:

Qualified matters include:-

62.5. any expansion of the League by the addition or admission of new members (other than as a result of the operation of the Rules governing promotion and relegation to and from the League);

Qualified Resolution means, in relation to those Reserved Matters referred to in Article 62, a resolution of the Company at a General Meeting, of which notice has been duly given in accordance with these Articles, and which requires the support of not less than 90% of the Members owning and operating Clubs entitled for the time being to participate in the Premiership; 75% of the Members owning and operating Clubs entitled for the time being to participate in the Premiership and the Championship; and 75% of the Members owning and operating Clubs entitled for the time being to participate in the Premiership, the Championship, League One and League Two, whether all the Members of the Company actually attend and vote or not, to be passed;

League Reconstruction requires 90% of the vote of members in the Premier League. Neither Spfl nor Scum FC can offer Dundee this as a sweetener in any way. If Dundee want to retain their derbies then they should vote to reject the proposal for Utd staying down. They're not getting to come up with Utd if Rangers plus one knock it back. Next to no chance of it being passed at vote, certainly nowhere near being close enough for guarantees to be awarded.

Who would be our plus one? Considering everyone bar Hearts and ourselves voted for the resolution yesterday?

Similarly, how many members would have to vote in favour of amending resolutions before the motion could be carried?

I can't see anything else they'd be offering Dundee other than reconstruction so they will almost certainly have devised something with regard to this ruling.

Everybody in the room tip toeing around the elephant in the room of why the SPFL won’t release funds without the clubs voting to crown champions and relegate clubs. Just say it it’s so the fenian scum get their tainted worthless title.
