Fair play to you, and I'm never going to criticise anyone for following the national team. 

I just can't in all honesty bring myself to cheer on Christie, McGregor, Ralston, Forrest etc when there are better players on the bench who don't get a game because of the manager, and the manager is someone I honestly detest. I actually preferred Strachan to that clown. 

Still think McLeish was treated ridiculously as well. This clown should get the sack but for some reason he is loved by the support.

Probably needing a younger manager to come in and take the reins like England did with Southgate and try to play some decent football. Issue is a younger manager would be difficult to attract to a national team role, unless it's someone already within the setup.

Have no issue with Rangers fans getting behind scotland.

Personally I just struggle to get excited about a team where it feels like the vast majority of their fans despise and try to alienate the team I love, and some openly boo Rangers minded players.

Sad to say though as I would love to be passionate about my national side. Will take years of mentality change across the country to do so.

however, I think since the snp have been a force up here politically, and within the last 13-14 years they been in power, they’ve turned the average Scottish person into a union hater. Nothing wrong with wanting independence if that’s what you feel I’d tight for yourself or yhr country.

it’s ironic. They don’t bother about celtic fans aligning with the Irish, basically a European nation who regularly terrorised our country, but hate the uk who fought for our freedom in world wars for us and our Welsh and northern Irish neighbours.

I used to go to games, couldn’t do it again on a regular basis, but I did thoroughly enjoy the 3 days in London last year with my son and friends for England game.
