Yeah, I agree with this.

It wasn’t like we needed some tactical masterclass to overcome a superior opponent. We just needed everyone to play well and be harder than Hibs.

By the time you get to pro level you really should know what your role is and what you need to do once game time comes.

My take is Morelos has had his natural game coached out of him. The backward, sideward triangles and safety first approach of the team  is a result of 18 months of being coached that way. We are dull and predictable, we rely  on 1 or 2 players to make things happen as we only have three creative players on the field at one time, as Morelos no longer creates but links in to making triangle just out side the 18 yard box. Generally creativity has been reined in for keep ball. Winning the league the way we did last year has made our defense complacent, they bought into all the flattery of last year and now appear to believe thet they just need to turn up but not do the hard work. Our defenders are not as good as they think they are and other teams have took them apart. If Goldson's interview is true and players are not doing as instructed it means our coaches told them what positions to take and the first team or some of them have said to themselves, " I will do what I think is right not what the B team coach is telling me". This arrogance leads to this result and maybe explains the season so far. This rests at the players feet and the person who coached the creativity out of them. 

Gio needs to come in and burst a few egos. 1 league title does not make you a Rangers great and is not job done. 1 trophy in 15 is not acceptable and instead of being proud of thier achievements they should be thinking we need to do more, we need to prove ourselves again.
