The recent St Mirren, St Johnstone and Dundee games would have been ideal to give him at least 45 minutes but I trust Gio will give him chances in the months ahead. No reason for Simpson to hang around now to be honest. If Wilson can get rid of them 2 along with the other deadwood like Barker and Firth alongside signing Olsen and a backup right back then hes done one hell of a job. Obviously physicality and height is overrated in Scotland but CB is probably the exception to that you need both and it looks like King will have both to complement his natural ability. Hopefully we see him get some game time this season. There is no use in continually loaning our players out to dross Scottish Championship teams it rarely works out for us.
