*****The Official Braga vs Rangers Thread*****

Recommended Posts

Braga were pish tonight. I've seen better organisation from teams like Livingston.

We beat ourselves tonight with basic fuckups in defence and cryptic subs from GVB.

Even with this squad, we can score 2 goals at ibrox against this mob with just the most BASIC defensive awareness and better use of set pieces.

That's what is so frustrating for me.

The fuck was that free kick at the end?

Its called the truth and its what we need. But whens he actually put the boot in? Its about time someone told these imposters what being a Rangers player means to each and every one of us. But your probably born post 1990

There's a difference between that and being a Celtic sympathiser

The consolation is the improvement when GVB changed things. We were hugely improved and that gives me hope.

Start with the team that finished except Ramsey for Aribo if he’s fit.

Another five minutes and we’d have equalised imo.

He still doesn't know what the strongest team is imo

I think they are a good outfit mate but they are a young team the atmosphere will spook them next week.

The first goal next week and it's game on

Valid  points made mate.  They didn't get this far through luck. Obviously earned it.

We put their more mature and experienced team out last time at Ibrox. What a night that was!

It won't be easy but we have it in us to turn their small lead over.  We need to be on form though, unlike tonight.

The margin for error is tight at this stage in Europe. Our players, management and support will need to be on it.

Well within our capacity of we turn up. Nightmare if we don't.

All still to play for.....

Braga were poorer than what they were last time we played them.

Fuck knows where 3 goals come from because we’ll gift one next week anyway.

Without Ramsey we have no creativity at all which lies solely at the door of Ross Wilson because I’m fitter than Ramsey and we have no other creative players since Wilson came in.

It’s bordering on gross negligence and how that wee hobbit is still in a job is a disgrace

I think you're being massively complimentary of GVB.

The subs were made at 70 minutes and they had literally no impact for a good while.

Towards the end of the game it was just Braga naturally sitting deeper and trying to hold out. Even then we still didn't have a shot on target.

Tonight was utterly pathetic.

Are we stuck with this squad selection for the second leg as well?

If not I'd seriously consider  bringing in some of the young team coz to many of 1st team nowhere near it.

Dont think they are eligible , and he doesnt even give them a chance in the league .

Sakala and Roofe are absolutely fucking hopeless. Genuinely embarrassed watching them play for us. Sakala particularly is like a guy who had the top bid at a charity auction. Laughable how bad he is.

He reminds me of Ali Dia!

OK, so imo:

Tactics weren't rhe worst going with pace up front.  But

Sakala has no ability

Tavs delivery dreadful

Balogun defending 🤬

Midfield non existent

Goldson dug shite

Subs meh

Gio. Enough now.

And despite all that I think they're weaker than last time we played them and honestly don't think -1 is the worst result ever.

Fixed some of them for you mate.
