His has upped his engine level into 4th gear, shown aggression and work rate. Ontop of his supererior technical ability and doing it consistently now which is required.

Mate I’ve been in company of a few players, most of them play down south now, one was at a platoon night (well it was only Sylvia singing) and the player was up giving it big licks, not one person recorded them, nobody went and demanded photos with them.

this was around about 2010 or 2011. Albeit the guy who ran the boozer told people anyone pestering the player that night would be out and anyone secretly recording would be done in and phone smashed up.

Was a prominent first team player and 3 of the youth team there.

just over 10 years on and I don’t think a player will ever be able to attend a loyalist night again until his career is over.

When one part of society can call themselves Fenians, but a player gets a 10 game ban for sectarianism for calling one of them a bastard, then we've got to give no ammunition to get us punished.
