There is a clear difference between the handball if it just ricochets up onto his arm, no pen however the sheep player scoops the ball away, he plays the ball with his hand. Defo pen. They can suggest to the ref that they’ve got it wrong and should look again at it but they have literally zero power to overturn the referees decision.
