the brown brogue 1,934
Sadly whoever takes the job doesn't stand a chance whilst our 'leadership group' are still at the club. Drop any of them and there'll be a players mutiny, keep them in the team and and the terrible performances will continue. This same group have now capitulated under Gerrard outwith one freak season, dialled it in under GVB then when they got their way with their mate Beale back in charge have somehow managed to get worse. There's a toxic element in our dressing room and it needs culled. bornabear, Redmond7, Bad Robot and 1 other
King Jela 20,667
Get Knutsen and give him a cut of the transfer money, the European money, the fucking deeds to Ibrox, I don't care. Just get him in. An equally attractive option also gets my vote. Just get a manager in to sort this complete shit show. The Archer

The Blues 375
Souness could be a good addition on the board with Lampard as manager. We need change and the personalities to make it happen.

stuart1994 4,419
See when the new manager does come in and we get a bit of a bounce, I hope we remember how much these cunts are shitebags and get them punted in the summer, Tavernier, Goldson, Barasic, lundstram and many more. bornabear and Trooblue
stuart1994 4,419
Can we wrap the Souness patter ? He’s no worked in football other than punditry in donks. Don’t know what folk think he’d bring. There’s no point in letting players know “what the clubs about” if the players are still utter fucking shite. docspiderman and Bad Robot

And having Souness back to scream and shout after 20 years out the game isn't the answer either.

Wee Derek 29
All the chat about Warnock doesn't seem as bad now, even to the end of the season. Would rip those players a new one and wouldn't settle for anything less than 100%.

Rangers_no1 33,103
Ferencvaros are a perfect example that if you get a good man at the helm you can turn it around. They were in crisis after losing 3-0 at home to some no mark Faroes side(Winding up Johan here) sacked their Russian manager and have won 14/15 since and are currently winning at Fiorentina who sit on the same points as third place Napoli in Serie A. If they somehow turn it around they are seen as a fantastic manager. if they fail, they can point to the shit show they inherited AND count the money they will get paid if sacked before their contract expires: no doubt having negotiated an enhanced contract from a position of strength as they know the Board are desperate to secure their services. a few million will help pay their mortgage and kids private education.
