Not so sure it would have been given the other way. Fuck Var. (funny how the scales push with 5 times the force wasn’t given) 4 goals chopped off in 2 years. Never seen anything like it. If that happens to them you know how bad the reaction would be. Never a foul Hart lost the flight of the ball. Does my nut in the amount of apologists we have in our support for the officials. There’s plenty of 50/50 decisions in every game. Thats 5 in 5 old firms we’ve just “happened” to be on the wrong side of the big ones. Good amount of pressure on Beaton pays off again. Getting the Scales decision wrong, and he did, doesn't mean the Raskin one wasn't right. Clearly fucked the Scales one. And the Sterling yellow one. And the Sima yellow one. Blues Brother 1,147
Not enough in it for a foul. VAR shouldn’t get involved. They should only get involved if it’s blatant. The officials are scared. Bears
kanjo 26,491
Another wonderful advert for refereeing standards today. funny that we won’t hear them being criticised l tonight. Why is that? Because they’ve had questionable decision number 20 go for the bheasts? Very likely. this shite needs called out for what it is. Beyond parody now. bluenoz 32,523
My big beef was nae neck's tackle. Lundstram has received a straight red card for similar lunges. And why did VAR intervene on Raskin's push, but not Scales' push and obstruction? It's been going on all season and I hope Clement addresses it post-match, although I highly doubt it and that's part of the problem.
DeanMK 5,245
Just watched the Sima goal back again as I was watching it in the pub and thought my judgement was clouded. Nope. Absolutely abysmal decision. The type of decision that would prompt those mutants to produce a documentary about. Hart was already moving forward. Raskin touches him, sure, but there's zero force in it. Utterly weak and woeful officiating. Yet another game that they've dictated the outcome of. trueblue 64, Negri's lovechild and Bears

Ignore the naive muppets in our own support who think that everything is fine. Redmond7 1,545
If that decision happens at the other end, we go on and win the match, there would be calls for a public enquiry, questions in parliament and the referee would need to find a new home in a different country. SkylineBlue 25,769
It's soft as fuck, but it's a foul every day of the week with VAR in place. Raskin should know better. The only thing that complicates it is that Taylor's hands are all over him. Not sure what the letter of the law is there. rossco87 796
Said in the match thread - it’s pretty soft put Raskin does push Hart so gave him VAR the opportunity. The issue is the 3 shirt pulls and worse push on Sterling that are all just missed and never discussed. Until we find a way of highlighting the missed calls and putting pressure back on refs to explain why they look at the goal but not the shirt pulls then nothing is going to change. And that doesn’t even get into what world the ref can watch Sterling go in hard and fair and win the ball and somehow think it is a foul and booking… Bears and Blue Skies

Use ex players to push our narrative (or an even more extreme version of it) just now it is only really Boyd that does it - we need to find a way to make sure our ex players who have a voice are using it to our advantage. Have players and management speak about it disappointing decisions that we didn’t get during press conferences. Nothing that could be worthy of a ban but we could be asking fan media to give them a few leading questions that give them the opportunity ”Philip that is another decision that has gone against you and the fans are furious that the referee seemingly punished your players yet missed several instances of a similar level of contact that could have been reviewed for penalties - can you sympathise with the fans feelings that the decisions given and not given have had a big bearing on the outcome of recent OFs?” Also use RTV and YouTube / social media. Make sure our match highlights make a big deal of any decisions we feel were missed. Make them clipable so it is easy for them to be picked up and shared by fans. bluenoz 32,523
In the first half, they ran the ball out. It should have been a goal kick to Rangers. Instead, we couldn't gain possession for about two minutes afterwards. Make no mistake, the linesmen play their part in the cheating. bluenoz 32,523
... and Sterling's booking is a farce giving them a free kick in a dangerous area, yet Scales obstructs Sima that would have resulted in a free kick in a dangerous area for us.
