We’ll he’s wrong because that’s exactly the position we are in now, we’ve not got the financial pull to do a complete rebuild in one window.

If it goes tits up again fan pressure will push the manager out and we’ll start all over again with the same results. We need to give him time. We won’t though .

As he says what's it all about winning games of football.

If we need a project to do that imo we are fucked.

Balogun has become the new Beckenbaur this season. He made about 90% of posters starting line-up.

Great guy and a reliable player, but he will be further down the line when Propper appears.

Davies is the right call today.

Were you not wanting him to start at right back ahead of Tav about two days ago?

Boyd is bang on the money. No such thing as a project at Rangers never has been never will be.

Gerrard was a project and he brought back our first title in years. Ironically 12 months on from people calling for his head.

The board have turned us into a project after 2 years of outrageous decision making.

So yes, there is such a thing as a project at Rangers, and we're in the depths of a big one.

We’ll win games of football but we need time to strengthen the squad to become the dominant force in Scotland again that’s the reality call it fucked or whatever you like.

One player from that starting line up gets in our team from 2-3 seasons ago.

How have we got to a state where we are fielding a team worse off in 10/11 positions in a few years having spent the best part of £40million.

A win is all that matters today. In terms of performance I want to see much more defensively from us.

Keep the clean sheets and we'll win games even with Dessers and Wright in a front 3.

The team sheet is a very sobering reality of where we are unfortunately.

The board and beale have majorly set us back in terms of such poor recruitment and we simply do not have the funds available to make the sweeping changes and surgery that this squad badly needs. Realistically we are probably looking at 3 or 4 transfer windows and within that it will probably mean shifting on our better performers to fund more additions. Its going to be painful unless we get significant investment or make extremely clever buys/loans going forward.

Hoping for a positive result today
