Also a good positive outlook and knowledge from his own experience is a big plus that can go a long way in preparing the players what to expect and what is required of them to finish this tie tomorrow. I hope the players do the business and prove to the manager they are capable and deserving of his trust in them .... especially the strikers. He certainly has laid it on the line exactly what he and his staff are looking for and hopefully the players will to a man respond to this going forward.
