sarcastic as this  post may be it's actually a fact inside the stadium, I couldn't believe it when @The Dude posted an article in one of the other threads on Uefa's ruling re illegal use of words that may offend, the part that really got my alarm bells ringing was the fact that if an observer hears just one person singing an offensive word then the club can be reported, fuck me if that's the case imagine having stadium closures because one person couldn't hold his tongue then we might as well just shut the gates, at first I thought to myself na, surely to fuck that wouldn't happen but in the current climate I'm no longer sure.

Had another look at the scot.gov site on the legal standing of sectarianism in Scotland  which has basis in European Human Rights Law, Equality, civil and criminal law, in the context of fenian bastard which appears to be what we are sanctioned for.

I get from it that unless it is obvious that it is indeed a fenian that you are singing abuse at and the victim understands the abuse, then there is no case in law. If you do know as in the case in nonce fc then there is a case to answer. So unless you are one, or maybe even understand what the abuse is, then there is no case. St Josephs are highly unlikely to be fenians nor have a fucking clue wtf we were singing about.  The only cunt offended was obviously Garry the killy taig.

Therefore our club should be challenging the UEFA charge and sanction.

The Manager has made his feelings known on the subject and thats it for me.  We can moan about it but we support Our Manager who knows what is needed to win 55 and progress in Europe for the cash and that is more important than anything else.

Thats the reality for me. We need a full home support to help the team.
