Bury and Bolton’s EFL place

Interesting point, but they will probably promote from the English league structure, although if there's any chance of a time that it could happen, then it's the best opportunity for us.

There are Welsh teams in the English system, so why not. Would mean no access to the Champions League riches for a while though, and not sure what the League One/ Two money is like, though I'm sure we would soon be pushing for premier league promotion.

They’ve already stated they won’t promote etc until next season.

That will be a hell of a lot tougher than many of us would dare to admit or expect, especially with the riches offered to clubs that are relegated with premiership type squads

Only Bury has been buried so far.  Bolton are on life support and could survive.

But, back to the question, the EFL will not in any way, sanction them, us or both to their league(s).

By this time next year, all will be settled and their league status quo will prevail.
