When Rangers drop points i can hardly even speak to the other half but this lad posts a video talking about the game regardless and i admire that.

CJ i really hope you come across this and hope you are okay mate. I took 16 weeks off work this year for my mental health as i hated myself and wanted a way out but that break helped me massivley and i found in that time off i loved myself again.

 Not a massive fan of YouTubers but that’s an age thing for me, heard him on the H&H show with 4 lads and he was a good guy, hopefully the breather he takes gives him the opportunity to balance out his issues.

Sometimes the biggest challenge is admitting that you need a dig out rather than suffering in silence.

Huge respect to the lad for speaking out about his struggles. Honesty and speaking out is the hardest step to make. Thankfully more and more males feel like they can open up these days without judgement.

No big into the YouTube thing, but regardless hope the boy gets all the help he needs. Absolutely hate seeing anyone go through any sort of struggle especially at this time of the year. Big part of getting sorted is realising that your in a difficult situation and having the courage to actually admit it rather than bottling it up, all the best to him.

Never got into blogs or video stuff, but as so many have said, I hope this young Bear gets the help he needs and certainly speaking about it is a good first step.
