I like Tavernier and he has been the best RB we have had for years, but the "happy to compete" mentality needs to change, and in order to do that we must rid the squad of the people who bring that attitude, Tavernier being one of those. Goldson another. Can add Borna, Lundstram and Kent to that list as well. It's a damning fact that these guys have outlived 3 / 4 and in some cases 5 managers if we count Murty.
