They wont though, they will know how much money they have left overall though.

They dont decide "Lets pay the lecky with the IPO money, and pay the players with the Season Ticket money"

It does not work that way.

The will no exactly how much of the £10million IPO money is made up of "other income".

Eh???

How? They know how much income they got from the IPO, they know how much money they got from season tickets and other sources.

This all goes into the bank, a bill comes in, a payment goes out.

There is no way to tell if the payment was money from the IPO or money from the season tickets. There is no difference once it hits the bank.

Surely if Mr green receives a sum of £1000 pm. as a consultant he then becomes an employee and not a board member and can therefore be dealt with as someone who can be dispensed with under employment law without notice and without another payoff. If that is what the Board Members require. Or is there a hidden agenda?

People greeting about bonuses, we don't even know what the figure is

Ah, anything about CG and his mates is rounded on, folk just don't get the big picture.

Airport shop - good

Edmiston house - good

Albion carpark - good

Management - good

IPO money left - bad

CG's wages - bad

How does that work?

In my work if someone gets a pay off, they dont waltz back in two mins later getting another job......

You don't work for local government , the fire service HIERACHY or Police then? Fixed that so it was a bit more accurate mate!

A consultant is even easier to get rid of than a normal employee to be honest. Can usually just pap them out the door with no notice.
