Best to remember Nacho in his prime than against the cloggers we will again face this season . If Novo has ambitions to become a coach and gets his badges he could be a good wee manager like roberto martinez in the future .

I voted YES. The guy is certainly still good enough to play in the 2nd Div. He is desperate to return to the club he loves and we know he would give 100% each game. One of the biggest criticisms we had against many of our so called stars last season (McCullough aside), was their lack of effort. With somebody like Nacho in there, his enthusiasm could rub off onto his teammates. So age/footballing ability aside, his enthusiasm and love for the team is worth paying for. All dependent on the wage he would ask for of course. Okay Nacho, let's test your loyalty!!

If we have to cut the wage bill then Novo coming into the squad to replace Shiels wouldn't be a bad thing.

Shiels is never going to have the team built around him like he did at Kilmarnock and he's only likely to play from a wide position which doesn't really suit him and basically makes him an expensive luxury.

I don't think Novo should come back, he's well past his best now and for somebody who is desperate to come back to Scotland the lack of interest in him from anybody bar East Fife speaks volumes, but he could easily fill the squad role that Shiels currently does for a season or two at a fraction of the cost.
