Putting up up a Morelos thread after that performance, well you couldn't mark some with a fucking blow torch. five stars 1,621
He was our best player, he made the majority of the chances he got himself as our wingers are poor, although I'm not sure you can call canny beat a man Candias a winger? ElBufalo20 7,892
Lead the line brilliantly. We are crying out for that player in behind him with an extra bit of spark. Need someone in desperately

TMB 14,167
Morelos is the only goal threat we have. We need two wide attackers either side of him who can score 10+ a season. Right now we don’t have that.

Jelavic191 4,439
He is ridiculously strong and creates so much for himself out of nothing. He rag dolled those two centre backs tonight.

Great save. 2nd one was similar to the Villareal/McGregor one. Great save from the keeper again. The one he dragged wide after flicking it over the defender was class play but just pulled it from a difficult angle The one he almost retired Ambrose was great play again and it's just whistled by the post. Header and volley weren't great but overall he and the team were just so unlucky, IMO. If we want to win the title however the brutal and obvious reality is that we need to be more clinical. We've dominated games recently without looking like scoring. Tonight I thought we created great chances, also had some great efforts and had better purpose in the final third. Can't believe we didn't win. Couldn't have put it better myself, I honestly think tonight was one of his better performances for us
sandyinroyalblue 16,478
He desperately needs a proper number 10 to play off,his hold up play usually results in him having to create a chance for himself.

I’m not making excuses. Morelos missed those chances but his overall play is 10x better than Lafferty. Lafferty wouldn’t of had them in the first place. They don’t correlate. STRUTH82 813
He could be an absolute top player, great strength, good with his feet, has a burst if pace....he just needs someone to sort his finishing, far too rash at times when a cool head would see him score.
