So the best option for a player who is a bit rusty is to not play him?
AdzKyle 7,895
Ramsey if fit should always start. Miles ahead of anything we have. Jack is also going to be hugely important IF he can stay injury free.

STEPPS BOY 74,131
Scenes when Jack goes into midfield, Lundstram goes back to centre half and Helander/Balogun are on the bench.

FlippinEck 3,708
I know you can't account for injuries when you sign any player but the writing was on the wall with Ramsey. If Ramsey leaves without making any kind of contribution, somone's head should fucking roll. BlueAvenger and Valance1690

SeparateEntityMyArse 53,802
Ramsay might be fit but not necessarily match sharp. He's barely played. Jack needs to play as he knows the fixture, but he's also been out due to covid. Do we really want to face a sheep midfield with both players who may be lacking sharpness, plus jaded Aribo or knackered Arfield? Only Gio knows how match ready they are. He simply can get it wrong. geneva_ger 9,366
If as indicated above that Jack was covid related then he's the man alongside Lundstram in the middle. Ramsay to come on at 2-0 for the last 30 MurrayWilson

Drunk and disorderly. 14,511
Jack has to start imo. By far our best midfielder when on form, which is most of the time. Helander should start too. Reads the game really well. We should expect Ramsey to injure himself tying his shoelaces for the warmup, or a papercut reading the match program. About a grand a word. I agree he reads the game well but I'd actually like Balogun to start tbh. Big Fil didn't inspire me the last time out. It's still a problem area along with the middle of the park. We've just not had those positions settled and that's the main reason for the points dropped. That, and having 30 pops at goal and coming up with 1 Drunk and disorderly.
