That game reminded me of the time Pedro played Beerman. It essentially ruined the kid's career before he even got started.

Plenty of bigger names were ruined because of that match. Just have to pick the battles more wisely.

Hard to make a proper judgment due to how little game time he’s had.

At the start of his loan spell I felt he was too eager to take on half of the opposition any time he got the ball but in the last couple of games he’s been passing more and taking on players at the right times.

I’d keep him another season as I’ve seen enough lately to believe he has the potential to be an asset to the team.

I'll preface this by saying that we don't know what goes on behind the scenes or in training.

That said, unless he's been training badly, we've treated the lad terribly.

He was excellent in his first game against Ross County, getting on the scoresheet and looking dangerous throughout the match.

The next game against celtic he was very poor, but so was everyone not named Ryan Jack. Since then, we've seen casualties from that match like Borna Barisic be re-introduced to the first team fold whilst Sakala has been given ample opportunities despite clearly being a poor player and being equally bad against celtic.

Every time Diallo has been on the pitch since then he's looked dangerous, but his game time has been ridiculously limited. No one is seriously going to tell me, based on yesterday, that Scott Wright or Fashion Sakala offer more than Amad Diallo?

I'd have him back on loan in a heartbeat, but frankly if I was Man Utd, the player or his agent I'd be coming nowhere near Ibrox again after this experience.

We need to win every week and also play in Europe. Players have to hit the ground running and perform as soon as they get here.
He has a lot of potential but has played very few first team games in front of big crowds. Man U should send him on loan to Championship/League 1 or in fact other SPL team where the expectations are not as high and he can play every week and get his game time up.

We have given him far more first team game time than his other clubs combined, although that would hardly be hard considering his experience can be counted in minutes elsewhere.

He does. But he's still a squad player who's not at the required level to be considered a first 11 player and who cost us a substantial transfer fee!

There is a simple reason Roofe doesn't  usually make the starting 11. We usually play a lone striker up front. A chap called Morelos. You heard of him?

You're right. Roofe could be more effective in a front two but that would mean a whole change in formation. Very few teams play two strikers nowadays. Said it for the duration of gerrard in charge that playing him out wide in a front 3 wasn't playing to his strengths.

Braver 😂

He got decked a couple of times and right back up. Was taking up better positions than Wright and arfield did all 1st half.

Knocked the ball over the boy who hadn't long flattened him nearly leading to a goal but aye he's a shitebag!

Not fussed if he stays or goes in all honestly. Glimpses of talent, probably go on to be a belter of a player but doesn’t really add much to the team

Now I’ve said that he’ll get an appearance in one of the finals and bag a hat trick 🫡

Strange username.

No,he is a loanee and is keeping a promising youngster out the team that we actually own. Need a quality RW of 5m plus or our own academy player

Which promising RW youngster is he keeping out of the team?

The only one you could make a case for is Lowry, but even then I don't think RW is his best position
