He caught my eye at the Blackpool game tbh,  his movement off the ball was excellent. Early signs are we have signed an educated footballer here, I’m confident he’s going to be a great asset to the team when he gets settled into the squad.

I realize that there is so much more to his game that the long shot at goal, but how nice is it to have someone in the team who not only has the confidence to have a go from long range, but also the ability to achieve the desired result on a regular basis? Anyone who had the pleasure of watching Jorg Albertz smash the ball into the net from all angles during his time with us, will know that Lawrence may be key in helping to break down the brick wall formations we are going to face for most of the season.

Would not surprise me to see him well into double figures by the end of the season.

Don't think he was particularly impressive if I'm being honest. Looked decent in the 2nd half, against Killie at home. Not much to write about imo.

Doesn’t do step over after step over and loose the ball like Kent.Links up well with other players and also gets stuck in.He needs time to settle also but I think he will be a real asset for us in the final third.
