Their horizontal performances at the Glitterdome are all the more sickening when you see how they are fired up when playing against Rangers.

One win in 35 against the paedos is ridiculous to the point where questions might need to be asked.

Aberdeen are not Elgin City or Peterhead ffs, they are traditionally the third force in this country yet their performances there are like a junior team.

Even though you know they’ll roll over time after time, it doesn’t make it any more acceptable.

Totally agree. Never seems.to be regarded as such, but it's endangering an opponent. If you're late with that kind of force like on someone's knee it's red, so why not on someone's head? Real danger in a challenge like that.

Its even more dangerous on the head.. I would argue that its a red. The boy was reckless.

Means nothing. They’ve not been a force in nearly 30 years apart from a short spell under McInnes.

They’ve only beat them by 3 or more goals four times in the last 15 games… the exact same number of times that we have. In the same period Aberdeen have only managed to score 1 more goal against us than they have against celtic.

Unpopular opinion but the real difference is that celtic treat them with no respect unlike some of our recent managers. We have been our own worst enemy against them. They are shite but we seem to make them look like world beaters time after time.

You know what that’s an eye opening stat. I as many always say there’s no surer result than 3pts for taigs vs sheep

your absolutely on the money with that. They are only our rival in their heads and we buy into it. They’re no better than 90% of the dross in the league.

granted they are usually full of taigs, ex taigs or taig sympathisers but they’re nothing more than the shite on our shoe, never have been and never will be.

a LC schooling is in order.
no quarter given,  no quarter asked.

Agree. The last time they were genuinely competitive was late 80s to mid 90s when they had McLeish, Jim Bett, Jess and the Dutch lads who playing for them. There were some genuinely close and exciting finals and matches in that period. They’ve been dreadful for years and should be treated with the contempt they deserve. We allowed them to beat us last time with our own shocking attitude. I would not expect a Clement side to approach the game the same way. 100% they will be hungry as it is a final but if we approach the game at a high tempo they should have no answer.

According to this site: http://eurorivals.net/head-to-head/aberdeen-vs-celtic Last 51 games between them (including today now). Scum wins: 42  Sheep wins: 5. 4 draws. Goals scored: Them - 115 v's Sheep - 39.

Rangers wins: 30  Sheep wins 8. 12 draws. Goals scored: Rangers 86 Sheep 43.

Maybe not as one sided as we think, but it's clear they do try much harder against us.

I mind beating them to the title on the last day of the season, think it was '91 or something.

I'll bet that one win in the last 35 was in the last game of a season where if they beat the paedos we ended up third so paedo FC lay down that day.
