What was out actual attacking plan today? Looks to me like we are now a long ball team. Centre half launching it to a winger or striker. Embarrassing.

Tillman all the talent needed to succeed here. If only he played in a team that pass the ball through midfield.  And Lundstram is a massive part of the problem. He doesn’t go and get the ball from his centre halves. Even when Davis came on his passing was dreadful.

Another grim performance it's not even about grinding.out a result today the passing and lack of basics was again a big factor in losing possession at the wrong time as well as giving away needless free kicks had the passing been better.

I thought Tillmans contribution today was really good he was the only one showing a bit of dig to gain back possession and chased back when he or others lost the ball retaining it a good few times and cleanly into the bargain .

Unless the self inflicted kamikaze passing improves we won't see any overall improvement in possession .and domination of the ball that wil inevitably lead to the same groundhog Day shit they've inflicted on themselves.

So many still off the pace today who do you even drop when the game plan is virtually non existent as responsibilities are missing as to who's supposed to be doing what it makes it easy for teams to read the deficiencies in our play, address that and they should at least start to demonstrate the basics back into their play as a lot of the key battles of winning first time balls or protecting the ball is lost on most of the team at this moment in time .

But it's papering over cracks. The bulk of that game was dire. Thank fuck for Tillman stepping up.
