Give him credit for stepping up when it mattered, and having a great second half. That press and turn when he had no right to win the ball and won a free kick was superb. Some of our fans talk like he's going to be sold for £20m and there's nothing to suggest that so far. Alot more in domestic games than he did against Killie when he was playing with Lundstram and therefore more should be expected of him, and Livi at home when he had very little to break up. He was nothing like as assertive as he was second half today in any of the previous performances. His other big asset was supposed to be sharp, early, accurate passes to get us going on turnovers and making the right choice of pass with the ability to make slightly riskier ones. Not seeing enough of that. Short answer is play like he did second half today. Was clearly much, much better than he has been. Previously been quite anonymous, wasn't second half today.
