Prso's headband 35,517
Greg Docherty is using mind over matter to become the best Rangers player possible, joining a growing number of players who have turned to Edinburgh-based mindset coach John Johnstone Jnr. It’s from the Sun but I can see it being true Am sure there will be plenty of fans who laugh or shrug off this idea but I think we can all agree the players mentality needs changed big time and it’s good to see some of the players take it on board. It’s more about mental ability playing for this club markem

K.A.I 36,183
It’s a good idea but they all need to go to it. For all I don’t rate Docherty, our Ibrox form was pish before he signed. They all need to get along to it and find out why they can’t cope. Prso's headband

He's one of those players fully committed to being at the top of his game, trains really hard by all accounts, puts in extra hours and does everything he can to be an elite athlete and pro. The complete opposite of players like Pena and Forrester. dougie76, Darius72, Essandoh and 5 others
bordersbear 1,105
Shows he wants to improve and is willing to try something different . With that sort of attitude and a bit of luck he can go on to be a Rangers stalwart for years to come. CoatbridgeBear

Just finished listening to open goal podcast with that James McPake. He said Butcher had them in the dressing room at Parkheed blowing up balloons and the psychologist said put all your fears into the balloon and once you pop it the fears are gone. I do think it's a personal choice thing, certainly not for everyone.
bluenoz 30,918
Doc is a raw talent that is trying to refine his game. He is still just a kid. I see a bright future for him.
