Today as with some other games he's been 6/10 at best. As much as a like him as a player when he's at his best, I don't think he's worth £25k pw or whatever inflated salary he's on if he can't bring that level every week. Him and Tav will start off next season slow and shit. They’ll get up to match sharpness by week 5 and go on to be two of our best players. We won’t rest or rotate them and they’ll play every single minute, twice a week, in every single competition. Their form will gradually drop off. By crunch time around April they’ll look slow, their intensity and speed gone and look every bit their age. We will call them losers and mentally weak. Repeat. He's reverted back to his real self now, especially in the last 2 games where the grind has gotten extra hard. Should be moved on.
