don logan 8,102
Santos are 4th bottom of the league and play at a ground the size of Tynecastle. They're 22 games into their season. By the time he's match fit their season will be over. Them signing him is as desperate as him agreeing to the deal. His ghost written Insta post is absolutely an attempt to rebuild bridges with us. He treated us with contempt and was an arsehole throughout his time nearly as much as he was a hero. No turning back. dummiesoot 16,111
What a lovely wee bubble people live in that all they have to worry about is criticise a mad wee bastard that gave us incredible highs and more than a few lows. I wish we had someone to take over the battering ram reigns tbh

Somemightsay7 2,511
He wasn't the first and won't be the last South American forward to have a brilliant few years in Europe then go off the boil with weight and off-field issues. Going back to south america rather than bouncing around random European clubs not doing anything is probably the best option. plymouthranger

Popular Post Ibroxholm 2,282
Prefer to focus on the positives of his time with us. Top goal scorer in European competitions as well as scoring his share domestically. Hardly missed a game though injury in almost 5years. Basically led the attack on his own for most of his time with us, in the process taking all kinds of stick from opposition players, fans and press alike. Never gave us any great issues of the park despite him probably getting a lot of abuse from lowlife while out and about. For me, it was quite sad the way it ended for him with us. For a foreign player, he probably spent too long with us and lost some of his motivation when he didn’t get moved on (it was never any secret that he saw us a stepping stone). I think also we overlook that his injury in 2022 was the first long term injury he had to come back from and it showed in his performance and him being out of condition. All in all will look back fondly in his time with us. Wish him well in the future. smudger.kp, Al1972, BlueAvenger and 6 others
berkshirebear 2,920
Shocking how many Rangers fans are like a battered ex, who still insists that her partner loves her, even after he has headbutted her for the 10th time.... Its utterly bizaare, and explains why so many players like Negri, Kamara, etc etc, take the mickey out of our club. Morelos could have helped us achieve so much more over the last few year, but couldnt be arsed despite the riches given to him. BuffaloUSAGers 1,287
Morelos had Benfica, Porto and Dortmund on toast, he was that good. Sadly that was the beginning of the end. I’ll never forgive him for sabotaging the Hibernian match and putting us behind the 8-ball from the beginning of last season. theredhandofNewcastle

bluenoz 31,236
Santos are terrible. In fact, the Brazilian league looks shite. Turned it off already. I'm not sure what move is worse. Kent to Turkey or Morelos to Santos.
