A good manager gets the best out of limited players - as long as Gerrard does that, Halliday is valuable to have in our squad. Exactly , and I don't think we should underestimate the part played by GMcA . Even at this early stage , we can see SG and his team having the same effect that players got when Souness first arrived at the Rangers . The confidence factor he gave players , imo , we're just as important as signing Woods and Butcher in winning the league his first season , let's hope we are seeing the same this time with players like Haliday and Jack .
