If his standards over the past two seasons had been shown when he was on loan. Nobody would have cared when returned to Liverpool. Seven million outlay for one good season in front of empty stadiums.

apart from the first few games he played for us when he was initially on loan I've never seen much from him. He falls over the ball too often, sometimes forgets to even take it with him, his shooting is a disgrace, his decision making is lacking, he turns his back when the ball goes out allowing the opposition to take him out of the game with throw ins, he does run about a lot and 1 or 2 games a season he can be properly on song, but 7 million was a joke and now he leaves for nothing.
