Many would have been happy with just getting on target, but he put it exactly where a keeper isn't saving it. It really was a top top finish. magic8ball, theredhandofNewcastle and ayro

Popular Post Tiger Shaw 32,166
Such a happy likeable humble wee character, seems delighted to play for us. Popular Post stuart1994 4,549
Excellent tonight for me, head never dropped despite missing chances and kept going. Thought away from his finishing he was excellent, linked up so well and was involved a lot. A lot to still come from the wee man I think. I love that he got himself into so many goalscoring opportunities, even though he ended up missing a few. His touch and link up play tonight was probably the best it's been since he signed. The bit in bold is what makes a good forward, they just keep getting themselves in there even if they're missing one or two, or like tonight 5 or 6 HG5, Bobby Hume, scottyscott1963 and 3 others
Popular Post JackAlex93 12,837
Going to score a serious amount for us. bluenoz 32,734
His four misses were sitters, but he still got on the scoresheet and added an assist. McCoist was similar. We have a player in Danilo. His movement is fantastic. WilliamMunny, scottyscott1963, Bobby Hume and 1 other
Broxi 12,214
The difference between him and Dessers was absolutely night and day last night. Danilo was far more involved, winning duels, coming short, linking the play, and got into so many good goal scoring positions that Dessers would have never got into. He misses far too many easy chances though, even going back to the start of the season. Hopefully he is our number 1 striker now though and that sharpness and confidence will come with more regular game time. Not convinced he is a star in the making but he’s so much better than Dessers WilliamMunny, BlueAvenger, AGM_72 and 1 other

WilliamMunny 3,505
He just needs to build his fitness and get sharp. Once he does he will be a good player for us.
STEPPS BOY 77,870
His finishing is diabolical tbh. Not just last night he’s missed sitters. Servette and tarriers too. BlueAvenger and ForeverAndEver

He had 3 shots from 6/7 yards that produced the exact same save every time from Carson as they were straight at him, however I have seen enough to tell me he will score 20+ providing he stays fit, I love the fact he gets involved, not lazy one bit and is prepared to do the hard yards shotstopper, Negri's lovechild and HG5

HG5 12,314
I think he’s come back from his injury remarkably quickly & certainly isn’t hiding as a result of it, which would be quite understandable. Hopefully game time & increasing fitness helps him hone the sharpness that turns the saves into goals.
16BlueSherbert90 19,725
I have little doubt that with PC involved, he will improve with the more games he plays now. This wouldn't happen with Beale. Hell, even Dessers and Lammers have a shot if last night is anything to go by Danilo will get better 👍🏻

Thanks Buzz Killington Tbf he did miss a good few sitters last night but if he keeps getting into those goal scoring positions I have confidence that the goals are going to start flowing for him as his fitness, match minutes/sharpness and confidence all increase. I'm just enjoying being a Rangers fan again and the games can't come round quickly enough at the moment. That may change at some point but after the dross served up to us over the last couple of years I'm going to enjoy getting carried away just now
Negri's lovechild 15,557
I think anyone can see there's a player there in Danilo. His movement, creating space for himself, link up play are all top notch. He'll score a fair amount of goals for us.
esquire8 45,493
If he stays fit between now and the end of the season he will get over 20 league goals.
Badger 9,211
He doesn't seem a clinical finisher, but I like that he gets himself chances, and isn't scared to swing a foot at a half chance, rather than dwell on it - something we've lacked for too long. Although if he was a clinical finisher on top of that..... he wouldn't be at Rangers. He will score plenty, but miss a few as well. ayro 3,549
With his goal he showed good composure, needs that to be more consistent to reward his movement which is excellent, hopefully it comes with match fitness and greater confidence.
