From where we were he did, there is no question of it. He got us back to making serious money in Europe too.

His record wasn't great domestically of course but we were up against a team out spending us significantly every season. Like it or not he won us the title and it looks like it will be the last one we see for a long period again under this shit show.

Got a lot of credit for making it through qualifiers when we had bigger budget than all if not most.

 Cup record was a disgrace and will never forgive not winning a treble.

All seems down and shite now but any manager who wins consistently and picks up trophies will galvanise. Like old players we don’t need to pine for Gerrard
