The video below is really interesting and watching the passages of play it look very similar to us (minus the cutting edge and goals obviously) so it might be the source of our apparent lack of shape under Beale. Without a team full of Brazilians brought up playing football in the Favelas this was always destined to fail in Dingwall and the likes. Similar in that our play was/looked unstructured and we also kept recycling the ball back into congested spaces. We did that constantly under Beale. We didn’t do it very well.
